Masjid Raya Baiturahman

This mosque was built in the 13th century, the original structure burned several times during the Aceh War including the Dutch attack in Kutaraja (Banda Aceh) in 1873 the mosque was rebuilt in 1875 with a lot of renovation and development, including one that was built by Dutch Military Government in 1883 with outstanding architecture with contemporary characters, like 5 domes, 2 towers, white walls decorated with beautiful pillars.
